Delighted with my bespoke stainless steel kitchen work table. It arrived just over a week after I ordered the table which was made exactly to my requested measurements. Good quality product. Sales staff were friendly and most helpful. This has sorted the lack of surface space in my kitchen and the work table looks like it belongs there. Many thanks for the good sales service and excellent quality of the product.

We appreciate the feedback on your order. You were made aware by our sales team when your order was placed that there was a 2-4 week lead time on the product. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient it is when equipment you need is out of stock and although we have not yet reached 2 weeks, we can try to chase up an eta if you would like us to do so? After having a terrible experience with another company, I was so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service I received from FFD. They delivered the oven the next day, unfortunately it turned out the oven was damaged but there customer service was top rate and they switched out the faulty oven for me and we are back up and running. This is exactly how it should be when dealing with commercial catering equipment as businesses can't be left without their vital pieces of equipment for weeks on end. Well done to all at FFD and thank you.

Fine service from FFD. Nearly 5 stars. Only problem was that FedEx wouldn't phone to let us know about the delivery, resulting in a missed delivery. We then happened to be there for second deilvery attempt. Good product.

It took longer than expected for the service technician to come out. When he came out, he was rude and not pleasant or helpful at all. After he left, we paid £250 only to find we have the same issues again.

Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into this for you and we see that an engineer attended site within 48 hours of the initial report of a fault in late March. This is within the 1 - 3 working days that is advised although we understand that when equipment has a fault it is frustrating and inconvenient. A fully refundable £250 deposit is taken prior to an engineer attending a call out to cover for the possibility of a non-warranty call out. The deposit is being refunded in full. The engineer fixed the issue during the initial call-out and the equipment was operating as expected. During the Easter weekend you reported that the unit was again experiencing an issue. Within 6 hours of our return to the office replacement parts had been despatched on a next day service. Please let us know when these have been received. The engineer will be attending before the weekend to resolve the issue. With regard to the engineer, we apologise that you found him unhelpful and we have raised your concerns with the manufacturer. The warranty team have spoken with John, the site contact, regarding this and he assured them that everything was fine, however they have arranged for a different engineer to attend site as per a separate phone call. If there's anything further we can assist with please get in touch.

Great Hot Display especially for Pies. very easy for cleaning. Excellent service from FFD. They inform you one day before delivery and call you 1 hour before dropping to your address. Great job 👏 👍
