It took longer than expected for the service technician to come out. When he came out, he was rude and not pleasant or helpful at all. After he left, we paid £250 only to find we have the same issues again.

Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into this for you and we see that an engineer attended site within 48 hours of the initial report of a fault in late March. This is within the 1 - 3 working days that is advised although we understand that when equipment has a fault it is frustrating and inconvenient. A fully refundable £250 deposit is taken prior to an engineer attending a call out to cover for the possibility of a non-warranty call out. The deposit is being refunded in full. The engineer fixed the issue during the initial call-out and the equipment was operating as expected. During the Easter weekend you reported that the unit was again experiencing an issue. Within 6 hours of our return to the office replacement parts had been despatched on a next day service. Please let us know when these have been received. The engineer will be attending before the weekend to resolve the issue. With regard to the engineer, we apologise that you found him unhelpful and we have raised your concerns with the manufacturer. The warranty team have spoken with John, the site contact, regarding this and he assured them that everything was fine, however they have arranged for a different engineer to attend site as per a separate phone call. If there's anything further we can assist with please get in touch.

Charged a considerable amount for a repair that we feel should have been covered by the warranty. No instructions from either FFD or Sammick on loading dishwasher then charge to make repairs due to it being loaded incorrectly.

Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration however, if the pans are loaded overhanging the wash basket it will impact the function of the machine. The size of the wash basket indicates the maximum width of the load accepted and this should not be exceeded. Inflexible delivery arrangements were tricky to negotiate, although 247 was kind enough to telephone and warn. It did result in our having to stay in for two entire days waiting for the delivery which finally came right at the end of the day which was very awkward. The product itself was excellent and service otherwise straightforward.

Unfortunately during the pandemic we have experienced the odd disruption to delivery schedules, with anticipated delivery times being a little longer than usual. We have tried to keep disruption to a minimum but sometimes unforeseen circumstances do happen. The service is very good, but the 24 months warranty on parts and labour is very misleading £150 upfront to repair a piece of equipment that cost £240. Annoying
